Factors influencing the promotion of Russian educational programs in foreign markets

Abstract:
The article examines the factors and effects influencing the promotion of educational programs of Russian universities in the international educational space in the context of geopolitical changes. As a result, political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors were identified and ranked by the weighted average. On the basis of experts' opinions, the forecast for 3-5 years for each factor was made. The results of the study and the author's recommendations based on scientific literature can be used by interested parties in their work on interaction with foreign audience to promote Russian universities.
